A hearty tofu dish full of earthy flavors to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients

  • Tofu pok

  • 5 Dried shitake mushrooms, soaked overnight

  • 50 g enoki mushrooms

  • 50 g bunashimeji mushrooms

  • Wood ear mushrooms

  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1/2 cup water from soaking shitake mushrooms (or more if needed)

  • 1 spring onion, cut into 1-inch lengths

Directions

  • In a wok, sauté garlic, white parts of spring onion, and ginger till fragrant.
  • Add in all other ingredients and braise tofu till soft.
  • Add in mushrooms and cook through.
  • Season to taste.
