Ingredients

  • 1 Patin fish

  • sauce
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3/4 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • white pepper to taste

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

  • Clean patin fish and steam for 8 minutes.
  • Remove extra water from steaming.
  • For sauce, heat oil in a saucepan and add ginger and then garlic.
  • Sauté till fragrant then add soy sauce, water and other seasonings.
