Ingredients

  • 500 g extra firm tofu in water drained and pressed

  • Batter
  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup rice flour

  • 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp vegetable powder

  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

  • Other
  • 1.5 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions

  • Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix all batter ingredients till smooth.
  • Dip tofu into batter and then into breadcrumbs.
  • Put in the airfryer and cook at 180C for 15-20 mins.
