Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 banana frozen

  • 1 tofu silken

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • topping
  • ½ ½ banana, a little caster sugar

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
  • Serve with a banana sprinkled with a little sugar and “torch” the surface of the banana.
