A little twist to make your pasta more healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegan butter

  • 3 tablespoons Minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon Raisins

  • Hard tofu, cut into small pieces

  • 250 ml Almond milk

  • A handful of spinach

  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast

Directions

  • Melt the butter and saute the garlic.
  • Add raisins, Schezuan beancurd, and hard tofu.
  • Add spinach and mix together with almond milk. Simmer until thick.
  • Add spaghetti and nutritional yeast. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
