Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup plant-based yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Peanut Butter & Jelly & Dates

  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • ¼ cup dates

  • 1 tablespoon peanuts, roughly crushed

Directions

  • Mix milk with honey and vanilla.
  • In a container, add all the ingredients layer by layer.
  • Pour the almond milk and leave overnight in the refrigerator covered.
