    Friend rice rendang style.

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cup overnight rice

    • 2 tbsp rendang gravy

    • Veggies of choice

    • 1 onion, sliced

    • 2 cloves garlic, sliced

    • 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

    • salt

    • scallions

    • Fried shallots

    Directions

    • Sauté onions and garlic with a little oil until fragrant.
    • Add vegetables and rendang sauce. Cook until the vegetables are soft enough.
    • Add rice and mix well. Season with oyster sauce, salt, and enough sugar.
