A hearty pumpkin fried rice recipe to warm you up on cold days.

Ingredients

  • Grind Ingredients
  • 4 Cloves garlic

  • 6 cloves small shallots

  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast / belachan 1 inch

  • 3 Red rice chili

  • Cooking Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons liquid soy sauce

  • cup Pumpkin, diced and fried not too soft

  • Soy sauce and pepper, enough

  • Cold rice/day old rice

  • Garnish
  • Red chilies, coriander leaves, fried onions

Directions

  • Saute the ground ingredients with enough oil until the smell rises.
  • Add rice and pumpkin and mix with seasonings.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions and coriander leaves.
