Ingredients

  • 170 grams unsalted Anchor butter, melted

  • 100 grams dark chocolate couverture, melted

  • Ingredient A

  • 200 grams caster sugar

  • 50 grams light brown sugar

  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • Other

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 3 unit large eggs

  • Ingredient B

  • 80 g Flour

  • 65 g cocoa powder

  • Decoration

  • 280 g couverture chocolate

  • 1 cup Chocolate rice

  • 12 Candy eyes

Directions

  • Mix melted butter and chocolate together. Add in ingredient A & vanilla. Mix till combined.  
  • Add in eggs and mix until combined. 
  • Fold in ingredient B. Pour into an 8-inch square baking tin which has been lined. 
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 40-45 mins or until cooked through. Leave to cool and cut into squares. 
  • Coat with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate rice and decorate with candy eyes.
