Ingredients

  • 8 dates, seeds removed and chopped

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup light coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut

  • Tiny pinch of salt

  • Fruits of choice to serve

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a jar or mug and cover. Chill overnight in fridge.
  • Serve with fruits and nuts of choice.
