Delicious stir-fried wing beans with chilli paste.

Ingredients

  • 5 Shallots

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 1 inch Ginger

  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste

  • lemon juice

  • sugar and salt, to taste

Directions

  • In a pan, stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant.
  • Add chili paste and stir-fry until the oil breaks.
  • season with enough lemon juice, sugar and salt.
  • mix in bottle beans and cook according to the degree of crispiness you like!
