Smooth, buttery and taste just like fish!

Ingredients

  • “fish” fingers, fried crisp in an air fryer

  • 200 ml milk (almond milk/coconut milk)

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced

  • 4 tablespoons vegan butter

  • 3 stalks of curry leaves

  • 4 Chili seeds

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Directions

  • In a pan melt the butter.
  • Saute garlic, chili and curry leaves until fragrant.
  • Add curry powder and cook until crisp.
  • Add liquid milk and cook until thickened.
  • Pour over ‘fish’ fingers
