Ingredients

  • 200 g whipping cream

  • 200 g fresh milk

  • 35 g castor sugar

Directions

  • In a non-stick pan, heat all ingredients together. Heat till the mixture turns a slight beige colour.
  • Pour into a lined tray and leave to cool overnight.
  • Cut into bite sized treats.
