Easy fried dates pasta recipe.

Ingredients

  • 250 g macaroni, blanched

  • cup oil

  • 100 g tempeh, cut into small cubes

  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 5 dates, seeds removed and thinly sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

  • Mixed veggies

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4 tablespoons tomato puree

  • 1 tablespoon chili paste

Directions

  • Sauté shallots and garlic with oil until fragrant.
  • Add chili boh and tomato puree and cook until the oil breaks. Add all other ingredients (except macaroni) and mix well.
  • Add macaroni and mixed vegetables, mix and season with enough salt and black pepper.
