Ingredient A
2cupsgula melaka
1cupwater
1cupcoconut milk
1screw pine leaf
Ingredient B
2cupsglutinous rice flour
Directions
Simmer ingredient A in a pot till the gula melaka is dissolved. Leave to cool.
Add all ingredients A and B into a breadmaker with the ‘dodol’ function. Alternatively, cook in a wok while stirring profusely.
