Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 2 cups gula melaka

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 screw pine leaf

  • Ingredient B
  • 2 cups glutinous rice flour

Directions

  • Simmer ingredient A in a pot till the gula melaka is dissolved. Leave to cool.
  • Add all ingredients A and B into a breadmaker with the ‘dodol’ function. Alternatively, cook in a wok while stirring profusely.
