Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 3/4 rolled oats, grounded

  • 1 banana mashed

  • 1.5 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional

  • 1/4 tsp salt, optional but highly recommended

  • Desicated coconut

  • 7 dates, pitted and chopped

Directions

  • Soak oats with milk of choice for 10 mins.
  • Blend soaked oats with all other ingredients except dates and coconut.
  • Fold in dates and coconut.
  • Cook on a greased pan till fluffy and cooked on both sides.
