Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 100 g nuts of choice, toasted

  • 40 g cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp coffee powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Ingredient B
  • 150 g dates, pitted

  • 100 g peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Other
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate couverture

Directions

  • Roughly blitz ingredient A together. Set aside.
  • Blitz ingredient B together till smooth. Add in ingredients A and blitz till you get a soft dough.
  • Press into lined muffin trays. Make an indent in the centre. Chill till hardens.
  • Melt couverture using a double boiler. Pour melted chocolate into chilled date-chocolate cups and cool till hardens.
