Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, around 150g

  • 1/4 middle size red onion, sliced thinly

  • A handful of roasted peanuts

  • Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil

  • 1 garlic clove, mashed

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 tbsp black vinegar

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

  • Pinch salt if needed

Directions

  • Mix seasonings in a bowl till sugar is dissolved. Toss with onion and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Toss with coriander and serve with peanuts.
