Ingredients
Pre-Mix A:
2/3cupsugar
1/4cupCocoa powder
30gcorn starch
1/4tspsalt
Other Ingredients
2 1/4cups(556ml) milk
2Tbsps (30g) butter
1tspvanilla extract
300mltopping cream
Directions
Heat up milk in a medium saucepan. Next, Sift in Pre-Mix A and vanilla.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Pour into individual dessert dishes. To avoid a skin from forming on top, press the plastic wrap directly onto surface; serve warm or refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Whip topping cream till stiff. Divide to two. Fold in red colouring for one. Garnish with topping cream.
