Ingredients

  • Pre-Mix A:
  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder

  • 30 g corn starch

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Other Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups (556ml) milk

  • 2 Tbsps (30g) butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 300 ml topping cream

Directions

  • Heat up milk in a medium saucepan. Next, Sift in Pre-Mix A and vanilla.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Pour into individual dessert dishes. To avoid a skin from forming on top, press the plastic wrap directly onto surface; serve warm or refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Whip topping cream till stiff. Divide to two. Fold in red colouring for one. Garnish with topping cream.
