Ingredients

  • For the chickpea patty
  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 tsp vegetable powder

  • 200 g cooked/canned chickpeas

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • Serving
  • Vegetables of choice for serving

Directions

  • In a food processor, blitz all chickpea patty ingredients together till smooth.
  • Form patties of desired sizes. Either fry them on a pan or bake in an oven at 180C for 15-20mins or till golden brown.
  • Serve with vegetable of choice in burger bun.
