The perfect make ahead, no cook breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 30 grams chia seeds

  • 350 ml coconut milk

  • 1 screwpine leave

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 drop of vanilla extract

  • 1 mango

  • 1 lime

  • 1 passion fruit

  • toasted coconut flakes

Directions

  • Heat coconut milk, salt, and pandan leaves. Let cool. Mix with chia seeds. Let rise for 2 hours.
  • Cut the mango into a few cubes for decoration and the rest is blended with a little lime.
  • Add chia seeds and mango puree in a glass layer by layer.
  • Garnish with pieces of mango, passion fruit, and a sprinkling of grated coconut.
