Ingredients

  • 1 kg Cassava, grated

  • Ingredients A
  • 250 g Caster Sugar

  • 500 ml Coconut Cream

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 50 g Butter of chocie, melted

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Blitz ingredients A until smooth. Sieve and set aside.
  • Fold in Grated cassava.
  • Bake in a 20cm square baking tin lined with baking parchment in a preheated oven at 160C for 1hour 30 mins
