Ingredients A
140gpotato starch
20glow protein flour
20gmilk powder
1tspbaking powder
Ingredients B
40gicing sugar

2tspcanola oil
Directions
Sift Ingredients A together.
In a separate bowl, whisk ingredients B together till the icing sugar is diluted.
Add in ingredients A to ingredients B. mix well. Add in canola oil and mix till you get a soft dough.
Cover with a damp cloth. Take small batches and form into mini balls. Place on a lined baking tray.
Spray with some water before baking in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10-15 mins. Rotate the tray in the middle of the baking time to ensure even colouring.
(You may want to bake for another 8-10 mins for that extra crunch!)
