A quick protein-rich dish with a hint of spice! Perfectly paired with rice.

Ingredients

  • 500 g protein bars of choice

  • 2 tablespoons Oil

  • 2 Garlic, chopped

  • 3 Dry chilies, soaked in water

  • 1/2 yellow onion cut into cubes

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 6 tablespoons water

  • 3/4 cup Cashews, roasted

  • Gravy
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour

  • 3 tablespoons liquid soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon thick soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • White pepper

Directions

  • In a pan, saute garlic, yellow onion, and dry chili until fragrant
  • Add all the sauce ingredients and cook until thickened.
  • Add cashews and the “chicken”, and mix well.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of scallions.
