Ingredients

  • Ingredients A
  • 100 g ground chicken thighs

  • 300 g fish paste

  • 1/2 tbsp fish sauce

  • 1/2 Tbsp corn starch

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • Vegetables of Choice ( bitter gourd, okra, chilli, brinjals, firm tofu/ tofu puffs)

  • Ingredients B
  • 1 tsp cooking oil

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 Tbsp ground soy bean sauce

  • 2 Tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 Tbsp sugar or more to taste

  • 2 tsp cornstarch + 3 tsp water

Directions

  • Mix all filling ingredients A together and let sit aside for 30 mins. Meanwhile slit vegetables as shown in the video.
  • Stuff vegetables with filling. Fry in hot oil till filling is cooked through.
  • For the sauce, sauter garlic with cooking oil. Add in all other ingredients B and leave to simmer till thickens.
