Ingredients

  • Ingredient A
  • 3/4 cups coconut milk

  • 1 pandan leaf

  • Ingredient B
  • 1 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup butter of choice or vegetable oil

  • Garnish
  • Sambal

  • Peanuts

  • cucumber

Directions

  • Heat ingredient A together till warm. Leave to steep for 15 mins. Leave to cool.
  • Mix all ingredients B and Ingredients A together.
  • Cook in a waffle maker for 6-8 minutes and serve with sambal, peanuts and cucumber.
