Ingredients

  • The ”white”
  • 1/4 cup silken tofu

  • ¾ cup water

  • ½tsp agar powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • The ”yolk”
  • handful cannellini beans

  • 1 tbsp plant based butter

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 pinch turmeric

  • ½tsp nutritional yeast

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise of choice

Directions

  • Blend ingredients for the “white” and bring to a simmer in a sauce pan. Pour into the mould and leave to cool till firm.
  • For the yolk, mash all ingredients together.
  • Scoop up a little of the firmed “whites” and fill with “yolk”.
