Tofu Kukus Kurma Tempeh

Ingredients
1packetsoft tofu
80gtempeh, roughly crushed
2scallions, roughly sliced
3dates, pitted and sliced thinly
1bird’s eye chilly, sliced
1tspvegetarian oyster sauce
2tspsoy sauce
1/2cupwater
Sugar and salt, to taste
1tspsesame oil
White pepper
1tspcornflour + 1 tbsp water
Directions
In a heatproof plate, steam tofu for 5 mins.
In a pan, sauté tempeh, scallions, dates and bird’s eye chillies with some oil. Add in all other ingredients and cook till thickens.
Pour cooked tempeh gravy onto tofu and sprinkle more scallions.
