Ingredients

  • Ingredients A
  • 8 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 120 g onions, halved and sliced into strips

  • 2 bird’s eye chillies

  • 2 handfuls Thai basil leaves, to garnish

  • Ingredients B
  • 100 ml Vegetable Stock

  • 600 g pumpkin, peeled and cubed

  • Ingredients C
  • 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey

  • Garnishing
  • 2 handfuls Thai basil leaves, to garnish

  • Red chillies

Directions

  • In a wok, sauté ingredients A till fragrant. Add in ingredients B and let simmer till pumpkin is tender.
  • Add in ingredients C and garnish with basil leaves and sliced red chillies.
