Tempeh with Green Sambal

Ingredients
For the tempeh:
1blocktempeh, cut into cubes
1tbspvegetable oil
1tspcurry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the green sambal:
5largegreen chillies
2-3 green bird’s eyes chillies
4shallots
2clovesgarlic
oil
Lime juice
Salt and sugar to taste
Directions
Toss tempeh with curry powder, salt, pepper and oil. Fry or cook in an air fryer till crispy.
Steam all the ingredients for the green sambal till soft. Blitz the ingredients till you get a rough paste. Sauter the paste in oil until fragrant. Season with lime juice, salt and sugar.
