Ingredients

  • 250 g tempeh

  • 1 medium carrot

  • 15 g wood ear mushroom, rehydrated

  • 15 g shallots

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1 tablespoon vegan fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 10 dried rice paper wrappers (bánh tráng)

  • Water for soaking rice paper wrappers

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz till all ingredients are minced.
  • Wrap with rice paper that has been soaked.
  • Coat wilth some oil and cook in air fryer at 180 for 15-20 mins or till golden brown.
