Ingredients

  • 1 block of tempeh, cut into cubes

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp tumeric powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Spice Paste
  • 5 shallots

  • 1 big red onion

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 3 tbsp chilli paste

  • 1 tbsp mango Puree

  • Raw peanuts, roasted

Directions

  • Toss tempeh with tumeric, salt, pepper and oil. Fry or cook in an air fryer till crispy.
  • In a pan, heat oil and sauter spice paste that has been finely blended till fragrant.
  • Add in mango paste, tempeh and peanuts. Season with salt and sugar to taste.
