Tempeh Rolled Buns 0 from 0 votes Course: MainCuisine: AsianDifficulty: Easy Servings4servingsPrep time1hour 30minutesCooking time20minutes Ingredients 190 g bread flour10 g dried yeast90 ml almond milk, warm75 g sugar30 g butter of choice, room temp Sesame seeds, toasted1 block tempeh Salt, sugar, chilli powder, pepper and oil to taste Sesame seeds Directions Cut tempeh into 1 cm matchsticks. Season with salt, sugar, chilli powder, pepper and oil to taste. Fry in oil or in an airfryer till crispy.For bread dough, mix almond milk, sugar with dried yeast. Leave aside for 5 mins. Meanwhile, sift flour and salt together. Rub in butter.Add in yeast mixture and mix till a soft dough is formed. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover with a warm damp cloth and leave to rest for 45 mins.Punch down dough and cut into strips.
