Ingredients 1 Onion, sliced1 inch Ginger, sliced2 Garlic, sliced2 stalks of curry leaves5 Dates, seeded and cut into small pieces1 tablespoon curry powder, dissolved in water1 tablespoon crackling Brown sugar Water Salt to taste Coriander leaves for garnish Directions Heat the oil and fry the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.Add curry leaves and dates and saute again.Add curry powder and crackle.
