Ingredients

  • For the tempeh:
  • 1 block of tempeh, cut into cubes

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • Salt and sugar to taste

  • Spice paste (blended)
  • 2 shallots

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 3 green bird’s eye chilli

  • Other
  • 2 cups rice

  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables

  • 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce

  • Salt and sugar to taste

Directions

  • Toss tempeh with curry powder, salt, pepper and oil. Fry or cook in an air fryer till crispy.
  • In a wok, sauté spice paste till fragrant. Add in rice. Season with oyster sauce, salt and sugar. Fold in tempeh and vegetables.
