String Beans Sambal 5 from 1 vote Difficulty: Easy Servings4servingsPrep time5minutesCooking time10minutes Ingredients String Beans Sambal1 pound trimmed green beans1 tablespoon vegetable oil3 cloves garlic, minced2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon sesame oil100 grams peanuts, roasted & salted Salt, sugar and pepper, to tasteSpice paste (blend well)8 dried chillies, soaked in warm water for 15 mins big onion5 shallots2 garlic cloves Directions In a pan, heat oil and sauter spice paste till “pecah minyak”.Add in garlic dan ginger, cook till fragrant.Add in string beans, soy sauce and sesame oil.
