Delicious stir fry dish for every occasion! simple, healthy, and easy to cook!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • Mushrooms of choice

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 inch ginger

  • Snap peas, de-stringed

  • Scallions, roughly sliced

  • 1 tbsp vegetarian “oyster” sauce

  • Soy sauce and pepper to taste

  • Toasted sesame seeds, for optional garnish

Directions

  • In a wok, sauté garlic and ginger till fragrant.
  • Add snap peas and a little water. Cover and let steam.
  • Add in all other ingredients and season to taste with soy sauce and pepper.
