Ingredients

  • Ingredients A
  • 150 g pumpkin puree

  • 125 ml cooking cream

  • 40 g granulated sugar

  • 25 g cornflour

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Ingredients B
  • 15 g rice flour

  • 12 g corn starch

  • 25 ml water

  • 125 ml Cooking Cream

  • 1 pieces pandan leaves

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • For ingredients B, heat cream and pandan leaves together. Leave to steep for at least 15 mins. Remove pandan leaves and mix in with all other ingredients B until there are no lumps. Set aside.
  • For ingredients A, mix all ingredients till there are no lumps. Pour into oiled teacups and steam for 10 mins. Pour ingredients B and steam for another 15 mins.
