150gpumpkin puree
125mlcooking cream
40ggranulated sugar
25gcornflour
1/2tspvanilla essence
1/2tspsalt
Ingredients B
15grice flour
12gcorn starch
25mlwater
125mlCooking Cream
1piecespandan leaves
1/4tspsalt
Directions
For ingredients B, heat cream and pandan leaves together. Leave to steep for at least 15 mins. Remove pandan leaves and mix in with all other ingredients B until there are no lumps. Set aside.
For ingredients A, mix all ingredients till there are no lumps. Pour into oiled teacups and steam for 10 mins. Pour ingredients B and steam for another 15 mins.
