Directions
For ingredients A, cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time while mixing till well combined. Add in the condensed milk and mix through.
Sift ingredients B together and add into Ingredient A mixture. Divide the batter into four equal portions.
Preheat the greased cake pan lined with steaming paper.
Pour in flour, add an appropriate amount of haw flakes, and steam over medium heat for 7 minutes.
