Ingredients

  • Ingredients A
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese black vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoon oyster sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 -1 1/2 tablespoons chilli oil

  • Ingredients B
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 scallion (minced)

  • Ingredients C
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  • Place brinjals on a heatproof plate and steam for 8 mins.
  • Arrange ingredients B on top of the steamed brinjals.
  • Drizzle the mixture of ingredients A all over the steamed brinjals.
  • Heat ingredients C together and pour all over steamed brinjals.
