Print Spicy Smashed Potatoes with Mango Chilli Sauce 0 from 0 votes Difficulty: Easy Servings4servingsPrep time15minutesCooking time30minutes Ingredients 1 pounds (450g) small yellow potatoes1 teaspoons sea salt, divided2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, more for the pans1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder1 tsp chilli powder1 tsp paprika Freshly ground black pepper1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley Directions Boil potatoes for about 15 mins or till tender. Place on a lined baking tray and smash with a measuring cup or heavy bottom glass. (Or a pot if your potatoes are bigger) Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 mins or till crispy.
