Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium sized potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil or canola oil

  • 3 shallot, sliced thinly

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2-3 scallions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp sambal

  • 1/8 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 sea salt

  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

  • Vegetable oil spray as needed

Directions

  • Boil potatoes in boiling water until tender. Peel and mash.
  • In a pan, saute garlic and shallots till fragrant. Add in sambal and scallions and heat through.
  • In a large bowl mix mashed potatoes with sauteed ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Add just enough milk to form a soft dough.
  • Make small balls and cook in the airfryer at 180C for 10-15mins.
