Spicy Potato and Scallion Balls 0 from 0 votes Course: MainCuisine: Asian, WesternDifficulty: Easy Servings4servingsPrep time25minutesCooking time15minutes Ingredients 2-3 medium sized potatoes1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil or canola oil3 shallot, sliced thinly2 cloves garlic, chopped2-3 scallions, chopped1 tbsp sambal1/8 cup almond milk1/4 sea salt1/8 tsp ground black pepper Vegetable oil spray as needed Directions Boil potatoes in boiling water until tender. Peel and mash.In a pan, saute garlic and shallots till fragrant. Add in sambal and scallions and heat through.In a large bowl mix mashed potatoes with sauteed ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
