Ingredients

  • Plant Based Wantons

  • Glaze
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 4 tbsp Go-Chu-Jang

  • 4 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp date jam (refer to recipe before)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  • Other
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

  • 1-2 scallions, sliced (optional)

Directions

  • Fry wantons as per instructions on packet and drain excess oil by placing fried wantons on paper kitchen towels.
  • Heat glaze ingredients till it thickens.
  • Toss wantons with glaze and sprinkle peanuts and scallions.
