13 Feb Sesame Noodles with Crumbled Tempeh Posted at 23:07h in Recipes, Asia, Chinese Style Recipes, Plant Based by Digitalp3opl3 0 Comments Using a plant based recipe to bring cultures together… something we are proud about in Malaysia 😉 Sesame Noodles with Crumbled Tempeh 0 from 0 votes Course: MainCuisine: AsianDifficulty: Easy Servings2servingsPrep time10minutesCooking time20minutes Ingredients For the Tempeh:225 g tempeh crumbled2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 inch ginger, minced1 lemongrass stalk, finely chopped1 onion, chopped1 tsp chilli paste4 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp sugar1/3 cup (78.86 ml) water1 tsp sesame oilFor the Sesame Noodles:200 g noodles of choice, blanched2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp or more sesame oil1 tsp sugar2 stalks scallions, chopped Pepper to taste Directions In a pan, sauter garlic, ginger, lemongrass and onion in some oil till fragrant.Add in chilli paste and sauter till chilli is cooked through.Add in all other ingredients for the tempeh and simmer till tempeh soaks up the seasonings and starts to dry out.Toss all the ingredients for the sesame noodles together.
