Ingredients

  • Homemade oat wraps

  • 250 g tempeh, cut into cubes

  • 2 tsp curry powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Oil

  • 2 slices pineapple, cut into small cubes

  • Peanut Sauce
  • ½ tbsp lime juice

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  • Coat tempeh with curry powder, salt, sugar and oil. Cook in an air fryer till crispy.
  • Mix all peanut sauce ingredients together till smooth. Coat tempeh and pineapple cubes.
  • Place on wrap with vegetables of choice.
