Satay Tempeh Cubes with Pineapple 0 from 0 votes Course: MainCuisine: AsianDifficulty: Easy Servings2servingsPrep time20minutesCooking time15minutes Ingredients Homemade oat wraps250 g tempeh, cut into cubes2 tsp curry powder Salt and pepper to taste Oil2 slices pineapple, cut into small cubesPeanut Sauce ½ tbsp lime juice Zest of 1 lime1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp honey¼ cup peanut butter2 tbsp water Directions Coat tempeh with curry powder, salt, sugar and oil.
