Sambal Falafel Wraps 0 from 0 votes Course: MainCuisine: Asian, WesternDifficulty: Easy Servings4servingsPrep time20minutesCooking time30minutes Ingredients For Falafel1 cup dried chickpeas, soaked overnight (don’t use canned chickpeas)1/2 cup onion, roughly chopped1/2 cup cilantro1 small bird’s eye chilly1 tbsp sambal of choice3 garlic cloves1 tsp cumin1 tsp cili powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp cardamom1/4 tsp black pepper Directions In a food processor, place all falafel ingredients and blitz till smooth.Form balls and leave to rest.Coat with oil and cook in an oven for 15 mins at 180C.Deep fry in oil at 175C till golden brown.Serve in a wrap with vegetable of choice and sambal mayo.
