Simple yet delicious cinnamon rolls that anybody can make and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • teaspoon caster sugar

  • 7 g dry yeast

  • 300 g bread flour

  • 200 ml warm almond milk

  • 100 g Nut butter, melted

  • 1 spoon Cinnamon powder

  • 100 g Dates, peeled and chopped

  • 100 g brown sugar

  • Icing sugar, for decoration

Directions

  • Mix almond milk, sugar, and yeast and leave for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl mix all the other ingredients. Pour the almond milk mixture in the middle and mix until a soft dough is formed.
  • Let rest for 45mins. Roll out and form small buns. Leave to rest and rise for another 30 minutes and bake in the oven at 200C for 15 minutes.
