Garlic lovers rejoice! This recipe is the one for you. Enjoy it with some soup or on its own!
Ingredients

2teaspoonsyeast
1tablespoonsugar
3/4cupmilk of choice
ingredients B
290gbread flour
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoongarlic powder
45gbutter of choice
1egg
core
75gbutter of choice, room temperature
1tablespoonfresh parsley, chopped
1garlic clove
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonssugar
Directions
Mix ingredient A and leave for 5 minutes.
Mash all ingredients B with butter. Mix together the yeast and egg mixture until you get a soft dough. Knead 5 – 8 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 45 minutes.
For the filling, coat the garlic with olive oil and salt. Bake the garlic in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30-35 min. Take the filling and mix it with all the other core ingredients.
Roll out the dough, spread the filling mixture, sprinkle with cheese and roll back.
Put in a baking dish, apply a little egg wash, and bake at a preheated temperature of 190C for 25-30 mins or until fully cooked.
