Cook red beans with pandan leaves in a pressure cooker until soft enough. Strain and put in a food processor with caster sugar, melaka sugar and vegan butter. Blend until smooth.
For the bread, mix all ingredients A and let it cool for a while. Mix with ingredient b until a soft dough is formed. Leave to rest for 1 hour covered with a damp cloth.
Roll and apply red bean paste. Roll up and put in a baking pan.
Bake dough in a preheated oven at 175C for 35-40 min or until fully cooked.
