Don’t know what to do with extra bread? This quick bread pudding recipe will make you happy you have extra bread!

Ingredients

  • 250 g bread of choice, diced

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 3 tablespoons Honey

  • 2 tablespoons crushed flax seed (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder

  • Sprinkles** Raisins and beans of choice

Directions

  • In a blender, blend all ingredients except bread and sprinkles.
  • Place the bread in a ramekin pan and pour over the ground mixture.
  • Bake in the oven at 180C for 15-20mins or until browned.
